We are a boutique gym specializing in personalizing workout plans that are both challenging and achievable. At HRHF, our primary goal is to help you stay motivated and committed to reaching your fitness goals to reach your desired results. We will provide ongoing support and encouragement to help you stay on track. Whether you have been an athlete for years or new to fitness, we can vary your workouts to prevent boredom and ensure that you are continuously challenged and making progress. We're also there to support you with feedback and adjustments to your form and technique to help you get the most out of each exercise and avoid injury.

About Us

Mike Bright

With 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, Mike has established himself as a respected and knowledgeable trainer. After graduating from the National Personal Trainer Institute, he obtained his CPR/AED certification, ensuring the safety and well-being of all his clients. He has worked with people of all ages, from teenagers to seniors, including athletes of all levels. As a former collegiate baseball player, Mike has a deep understanding of the physical and mental demands of sports training. His experience as an athlete also gives him the ability to develop customized training programs that focus on improving performance and minimizing the risk of injury. With his extensive knowledge and dedication to his clients, Mike is committed to helping them achieve their fitness goals and lead healthy lifestyles.

Andrea Brown

Andrea's impact on Hard Reboot extends far beyond her physical presence in the studio. As Co-Owner, she has made her mark by designing the studio layout and creating our striking logo. In addition to her artistic talents, Andrea also manages the administrative tasks that keep our business running smoothly, ensuring that we always move forward. Her contributions to the studio do not stop there. As a certified CPR/AED instructor, she is a valuable member of our team, and she also volunteers her time with organizations such as the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) and Community Emergency Response Team (CERT). Andrea's passion for fitness stems from her own experience as a former high school water polo player and avid swimmer. She firmly believes that staying active both physically and mentally is beneficial for everyone. With Andrea's guidance, Hard Reboot has become a welcoming and inclusive space where individuals can improve their health and well-being.
